Shipping and Return Policy

Welcome to Mrcome! We hope you enjoy your shopping experience. Below are detailed instructions for product shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time

We will process your order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak sales periods, there may be slight delays. Please understand.


1.2 Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We use carriers such as FedEx and DHL.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–4 business days.

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, peak shipping times, or other factors.


1.3 Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states. The following regions are not currently supported:

Alaska and Hawaii;

U.S. territories (such as Guam);

International addresses (such as Canada and Europe)—planned for future expansion.


1.4 Order Tracking

After your order ships, you can log in to the platform to check the real-time delivery status, or directly visit the logistics company's official website to track the package.

If there are any problems or delays during the delivery process, please contact the customer service team in time, and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.


1.5 Shipping Fees

Shipping Fees will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the total product price, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.


2.1 Return Conditions

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Please return the item with its original packaging.

The following items are not returnable:

Discount/Final Sale items;

Underwear and intimate apparel;

Customized items.


2.2 How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your account or visit the Return Request page;

2. Complete the return request and state the reason;

3. Upon approval, we'll send you a return address and label;

4. Return the item using the provided label;

5. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll issue a refund within 5–10 business days.

You can also use your own shipping method for returns; please retain the tracking information.


2.3 Shipping Fees

Quality Issues/Wrong Item: We cover the return shipping costs.

Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., wrong size, personal preference): Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Exchange Service: Automatic exchanges are not currently supported. Returns can be made and a new order can be placed.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

If you used a discount code or gift card for payment, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we are responsible).


3.2 Refund Time

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the merchandise. The actual time it takes to credit your account will depend on your bank or payment platform.


4. Package Lost or Damaged

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.

Provide your order number and relevant photos (in the case of damaged packaging or incorrectly shipped items).

Upon verification, we will reship or issue a refund.


5. Other Notes

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact information when placing your order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery costs.

We reserve the right of final interpretation of our return and exchange policies.
